Police said the child identified the accused after being shown photographs and CCTV footage from the school. The accused was arrested from the school premises. Investigators seized CCTV footage and the accused’s phone as part of the inquiry.
Why the investigation matters

Reports said investigators were also working to identify other children appearing in relevant videos so that appropriate safeguards and counselling could be considered.
What remains to be established
- The full sequence of events alleged by the child and supported by evidence.
- The forensic and digital evidence.
- Whether any other children were approached or harmed.
- Individual criminal responsibility after investigation and trial.
Legal status
The arrest is part of an ongoing investigation and is not a finding of guilt. TruthWave does not publish identifying information about the child.
